Celebrating Recovery Month

The Ventura County Behavioral Health Department invites you to our National Recovery Month Conference. Recovery Month spreads the positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover.

This year's conference, Marijuana: What's the Problem? Risks & Realities, focuses on an overview of marijuana, from the recent scientific research on the impact of marijuana exposure on the developing adolescent brain to local prevention efforts being made to educate and inform communities about the risk and perils of marijuana misuse.
