Los Angeles County Training and Technical Assistance Services

This training and technical assistance services contract encompasses a broad range of activities which educate and instruct recipients of training and technical assistance services to improve existing treatment, service delivery, and prevention/education services in the AOD field. Services include assistance in the development of alcohol and drug services and the implementation of administrative systems that are consistent with standards and procedures specified by the county. Services are provided by SMRS through contract with CAARR.
