Federal and State Regulations Require Accessibility

Federal and State laws and regulations specify that no qualified person with a disability may be denied services or benefits or be subject to discrimination by any service provider that receives federal or state financial assistance.  Additionally, every recipient of federal or state funds must operate it’s service endeavors so that the entire program is readily accessible to persons with disabilities.
